Privacy policy

This policy explains what AKJ Holdings LTD ("Rocket ROI", "we") collects when you use https://www.rocketroi.cy, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as we can.

Who is responsible

AKJ Holdings LTD, Cyprus, is the data controller. Contact us at hello@rocketroi.cy for anything in this policy.

What we collect

• Contact form. Your name, email address, website address if you give it, the service you are interested in and your message. We use it to reply to you and to prepare your flight check. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a contract.
• Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as we work together and for up to three years afterwards for our records.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser) for security and to keep the site running. Logs are kept for a short period and not used to profile you.

What we do not collect

This site currently sets no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no third party scripts. If we add analytics later it will sit behind a consent choice and this page will be updated first.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by an email delivery service (Resend) and stored by our email provider. Our website hosting provider processes the server logs above. All providers are bound by data processing agreements and, where data leaves the EU, by standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within twelve months. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement plus the period required by Cyprus tax law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and ask for it in a portable format. Email hello@rocketroi.cy and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
