Stage 05 / Signal / Social media
Social media that feeds the funnel
Followers are not the goal. Customers are. Our social media marketing in Cyprus runs as part of the system: it builds an audience in Cyprus, keeps customers coming back, and produces the creative that makes your paid ads cheaper.
Stage 05 / Signal / What we measure
- Reach in Cyprus
- People reached who live in or are travelling to Cyprus, not global vanity reach.
- Saves and shares
- The engagement that signals intent and predicts which posts will work as ads.
- Profile to site
- Profile visits that become website visits and enquiries, tracked through to leads.
- Creative winners
- Posts promoted to ads and their cost per lead against creative made separately.
Most social media management in Cyprus is a posting schedule: three posts a week, a stock image, a caption with hashtags, a monthly report of likes. It costs money, fills a feed and changes nothing in the business. We do not sell that.
Social media earns its place when it does three jobs. First, it builds an audience of people in Cyprus who could actually buy from you. Second, it keeps existing customers close so they come back and refer. Third, it is a testing ground: the posts that earn saves, shares and replies become the Meta Ads that bring leads at the lowest cost. Everything we post is measured against those jobs.
What we do
- Strategy. Which platforms, which languages, what to say, how often. Most Cyprus businesses need Instagram and Facebook. Some need LinkedIn (Limassol and Nicosia professional services). A few need TikTok (hospitality, retail, events).
- Content. Short video and stills shot at your business, in Greek and English. Real staff, real work, real prices. No stock imagery.
- Copy. Captions that lead with the outcome and end with one clear action. Written by people who know the local idiom in both languages.
- Community. Replies to comments and messages within working hours, in the language the person wrote in. Reviews acknowledged. Questions answered.
- Promotion. Winning posts pushed as ads to the right audience, with tracking, so social produces leads and not only likes.
- Readout. Monthly, with the four measures above and what we will change.
How social feeds the ads
Every month we post a set of pieces designed to test a message: a price, an offer, a before and after, a customer question answered, a staff member explaining something. We read the saves, shares and replies, not the likes. The two or three pieces that earn intent become paid creative. Because they have already been tested with a real Cyprus audience, they usually beat creative made in a studio, and they cost nothing extra to produce.
The loop runs the other way too. Ad results tell us which services and which cities respond, so next month's content goes where the demand is. Social, ads and the website move as one system with one readout, which is why we run them together rather than as separate suppliers.
Social media marketing in Cyprus
Cyprus is a relationship market. People buy from businesses they recognise, and they recognise them from Instagram and Facebook long before they search. A clinic in Nicosia, a restaurant in Larnaca or a developer in Paphos is judged by its last twenty posts. That is a reason to post well, not a reason to post often.
Language matters. A bilingual audience does not want every post in both languages; it wants the right post in the right one. Local services skew Greek. Tourism, property and professional services aimed at foreign clients skew English. We set the split per account from your customer data, and we write Greek that reads like Greek.
Seasonality shapes the calendar. Tourism accounts build audience from February, push offers from April and retarget through October. Retail peaks before Christmas and Easter. Professional services are steady, with LinkedIn doing more work than Instagram.
The market is small and so is the cost of a mistake. A tone deaf post travels across the island in a day. We keep a simple approval step and a brand voice document so nothing goes out that you would not say yourself.
Who it is for
Businesses with something to show: hospitality, clinics, fitness, property, retail, trades with visible work, events. Businesses where repeat custom or referral is a large share of revenue. And any business already running Meta Ads that wants cheaper creative and a warmer audience.
If you are a professional firm with no appetite for video and a purely search driven customer, we will say so in the flight check and point you at SEO and Google Ads instead.

Questions about social media in Cyprus
01How much does social media management cost in Cyprus?
It depends on posting frequency, whether we shoot video or stills, one or two languages and whether we also run the paid promotion. We quote a monthly fee in writing after the free flight check. No long contract.
02Which platforms should a Cyprus business be on?
Instagram and Facebook for most. LinkedIn for professional services in Limassol and Nicosia. TikTok for hospitality, retail and events aimed at under 30s. Fewer platforms done well beat five done badly.
03Do you post in Greek or English?
Both, but not every post in both. We set the split from your customer data. Local services skew Greek; tourism, property and international professional services skew English.
04Will social media bring me customers directly?
Some, through profile visits and messages, and we track those. Most of its value comes through the funnel: warmer audiences, cheaper ads, more repeat custom. That is why we report leads and creative winners, not likes.
05Can you use content we shoot ourselves?
Yes, and we encourage it. Real, slightly rough footage from your team often outperforms polished work. We edit, caption and schedule it, and we shoot what is missing.
